What does Irina Extra Virgin taste like?
Irina is soft and fruity, with fresh notes of cut grass, green almonds and artichoke. It is made from 100% Kolovi olives from Lesbos.
How can I use the olive oil?
Enjoy Irina with fresh bread, salads, grilled vegetables, fish or warm dishes. It is also suitable for cooking.
How should I store the olive oil?
Keep the tin tightly closed in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. That keeps the flavour fresh.
